1. What is the model of delivery / how do you ensure cover?
2. How do you incentivise foster carers to take teenagers?

utilising many of our Foster Carers who are approved to cover EDT
admissions. A weekly list is submitted to EDT on a Friday
2. How do you incentivise foster carers to take teenagers? If carers
accept an EDT placement then they are paid double the usual rates and
