Emergency accommodation in hostels

The request was successful.

Dear Cheshire West and Chester Council,
Please advise how often, in terms of nightly occupancy per person, the Council has arranged or paid for rooms for emergency accommodation at the following establishments over the past four years (if possible, by month, but at least annually):

Chester BackPackers, 67 Boughton, Chester CH3 5AF
The Bunkroom, 106 Brook St, Chester CH1 3DU
Lloyd’s Hotel, 108 Brook St, Chester CH1 3DU

Please advise if there is a 'standy' arrangement at any of these establishments or whether accommodation is only booked 'as needed'.

Please advise, also by establishment, how many if any complaints (and the nature of the complaint – eg cleanliness, size, noise, unsuitability etc) were received about the standard of accommodation by those so placed.

Yours faithfully,

N.Siddle
