I would be most grateful if you would provide me, under the Freedom of Information Act, details in respect to the contract below.

EMC 158 - Supported Living Framework

The details we require are:

• Suppliers who applied for inclusion on each framework/contract and were successful & not successful at the PQQ & ITT stages
• Actual contract values of each framework/contract (& any sub lots)
• Start date & duration of framework
• Is there an extension clause in the framework(s)/contract(s) and, if so, the duration of the extension?
• Has a decision been made yet on whether the framework(s)/contract(s) are being either extended or renewed?
• Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for this contract?

Details of providers who applied but were unsuccessful have not been
provided. We believe this information falls within exemption S43 of the
Freedom of Information Act 2000 - Commercial Interests.

lots)

 

There is no actual Framework contract value only an estimated value which
was detailed on the original OJEU notice as £24,000,000, being the
aggregate value of the services potentially to be let under the
Framework. 

 

3.         Start date & duration of framework

Start Date – 17.10.16

Expiry Date - 16.10.20

 

4.         Is there an extension clause in the framework(s)/contract(s)
and, if so, the duration of the extension? 

No

 

5.         Has a decision been made yet on whether the
framework(s)/contract(s) are being either extended or renewed?

No final decision has been made yet as to what will replace the Framework
in October 2020

 

6.         Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible
for this contract?
