Dear Highways England Company Limited,

Please let me have a copy of carbon emission data associated with the whole life cycle of materials, energy use and construction of the following roads :

1. A249 at M2 Junction 5
2. M2/A2 Brenley Corner Upgrade

Please let me know if these assessments of carbon were carried out following guidance contained in PAS2080 Carbon Management in Infrastructure and which organisation or consultancy /consultancies carried out the assessment.

If one part of the request can be answered sooner than others, please send that information first followed by any subsequent data. If you need further clarification, please contact me.
