Email Contacts
Dear HM Revenue and Customs,
I see that HMRC have finally joined the 21st century and made use of a new invention called the interweb - to allow "customers" to request that PAYE CODES are "looked at" - wrt the new tax year starting in a few days time
Could you please inform me when HMRC are actually going to offer emails for general communicating with HMRC ?
Thank you
Yours faithfully,
Sammi Spader

Dear HM Revenue and Customs,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of HM Revenue and Customs's handling of my FOI request 'Email Contacts'.
On grounds of public interest - this request clearly comes under FOI - A simple date will suffice - by which time, the general public will have access to a working email address to contact HMRC using.....
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/e...
