email Communications with Satnam v2

The request was successful.

Dear Warrington Borough Council,

I understand, from reading the Warrington Guardian that you have recently responded to a FOI request from Councillor Billy Lines-Rowland (Poulton North). The FOI request
related to email communications between the Council and Satnam.

Please provide me with copies of all of the information which you provided to Councillor Lines-Rowland as part of that FOI request.

As the information has already been located, this request will not be excessively time-consuming.

Yours faithfully,

John Smith

FOI E&R, Warrington Borough Council

Dear John Smith,

I acknowledge that your freedom of information request (as below) has been
received.

The article that you refer to, in the Warrington Guardian, incorrectly
reported that the information supplied to Cllr Billy Lines-Rowlands was
done so under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.  The information was
provided to him as a Councillor.  It is for this reason that the reply to
your request will take slightly longer than you may have anticipated, as
currently a process of redacting i.e. all personal information is being
blacked out, and should be sent to you by the end of this week.

Should you need anything further please let me know.

Regards

Dear Mr Smith,

Further to the acknowledgement email sent to you, as below, the

Unfortunately technical difficulties have been encountered, however, the

Dear Ms Kellett,

Thank you for your response. However, I note that you still haven't provided this information. It's 4pm on Monday - will I have this by close of play?

Regards,

John Smith

Dear Mr Smith,

I note your comments in your earlier email, however, we are still encountering technical difficulties in relation to our scanning facilities. There are over 600 pages of information that have required redaction and scanning. For ease of access on Thursday and Friday last week we tried to create one document of all the pages and this has caused a malfunction in our system. Our ICT service are currently trying to rectify the fault, however, a hard copy of the information is available now for your collection if you prefer.

Can you please let me know if you want the hard copy or are prepared to wait for the electronic version so that I can make the necessary arrangements for you to collect at an agreed time?

Dear Ms Kellett,

Thank you for the offer of hard copy. An electronic copy would be preferable, as this could be viewed via the WDTK site by an taxpayer without any further expense to the Council, so that would be my first preference.

I'm sorry you've experienced such difficulties with this.

Regards,

John Smith

Dear Ms Kellett,

I would be grateful if you would respond to my previous email. We are now a week after your expected delivery date.

Yours sincerely,

John Smith
