Dear University of Southampton,

I would like to verify some information. I understand that you had a student by the name of Eliot Higgins attend a course run by your Department of Journalism. I do not have specific dates but it should not be difficult to confirm as I also have been advised that he was expelled.

Can I request confirmation that a Eliot Higgins did attend and that the same Eliot Higgins was expelled?.

Also if it is permissible can I inquire why My Higgins was expelled?

Dear University of Southampton,

I have yet to receives a response to my request for information from your establishment with regard to a student who I understand attended a course on Journalism. His name is Eliot Higgins. I do not have specific dates but this should not be difficult to locate as I understand he did not finish the course ( I am told this is because he was expelled). I would like confirmation that Eliot Higgins did attend this course and why he did not complete the course.

By law you were obliged to respond by the 30th March 2015
