Dear Warwickshire County Council,

Thank you for responding to my request. I believe there is a misunderstanding in what data has been requested. The data provided contain results for 253 candidates which does not seem to be the complete list of all candidates attempting the examination. Could you please amend the response and provide a complete list of candidates?

Yours sincerely,

Adam Szczecinski

Dear Mr Szczecinski,

Thank you for your e-mail.

I advise that we received a total number of 275 applications for King
Edward's Grammer School in Stratford-upon-Avon.

Of these some students will not have gone on to sit the 11+ test, and so
their application would have (eventually) been withdrawn.

The information provided is for those test results held by Warwickshirfe
County Council in respect of King Edward's Grammer School,
Stratford-on-Avon.
I trust this helps to clarify this matter.

However, if you are still unhappy with our response, your right to request
an Internal Review remains.

A request for an internal review should be made in writing to the address
below. All requests for an internal review will be dealt with under the
County Council’s internal review procedure.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal review you may
appeal to the Information Commissioner’s Office, at the following address:

Dear Warwickshire County Council,

The request was made for all pupils who sat the 11+ admissions test - the data provided is limited to the pupils who applied for a particular school. The intention of the request is to obtain a full set of 11+ candidates results regardless of the school they eventually applied for.

If the request is believed to be ambiguous please accept this message as clarification and provide the revised data set.

Alternatively a separate request can be raised.

Yours sincerely,

Adam Szczecinski

Dear Mr Szczecinski,

Thank you for your e-mail.

In your original request of 8 December 2017, you specifically requested
information in respect of "King Edward Grammer Schools". Therefore
information has been collated only for King Edward Grammer School in
Stratford in response to your request, as the school within the
Warwickshire area of that name.

If you require results information relative to all schools within
Warwickshire, this would constitue a significant change in your
requirements and we would therefore ask you to make a seperate request for
this new information.

If you are unhappy with the way in which your reqiuest has been dealt
with,  your right to request
an Internal Review remains.

Yours sincerely
