Does The Basildon Towngate Theatre sell novelty electronic items such as illuminated wands, stars, windmills, swords and similar products to customers as merchandise items during the pantomime season?
If novelty electronic items are sold please provide the following information on the arrangements the theatre has in place for customers to dispose of the items in compliancwe with retailer responsibilities under the waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) regulations.

How they can reuse and recycle their electrical and electronic equipment
Why this waste needs to be separated from other waste

3 Please provide an example of the records that are kept to show how much waste electrical and electronic equipment has been collected and disposed of.
4 Please provide details of how the arrangements for disposal of this WEEE are recorded in the documentation the Council uses to show compliance with ISO 14001 & Eco Management and Audit System.
