Dear CommercialCorrespondence,

Thank you for your email. I will provide clarification as requested.

Yours sincerely,

Millie

Dear CommercialCorrespondence,

In our FOIA we noted the contracts awarded to Capita and the procurement references. This was to assist with the type of information we were seeking and was the basis for question 1. I note your response that your records do not accord with the references we provided. I confirm in this respect we confirm we seek the 'Electronic Monitoring Bridge Services 01.02.2015-31.01.2024'.

I note that the other contract - Electronic Monitoring Service and Systems Integrator & Field Monitoring Services (SSI & Lot 1) 01.02.2015 - 31.01.2021 is now expired. We do not seek the expired contract. If this has been renewed, we request the renewed version

In relation to question 2 we stated that we sought "Information relating to all existing contracts for provision of Electronic Monitoring Services/Electronic Monitoring & Field Services/Service and System integration, being contracts and/or contract summary and/or terms and conditions. "

To clarify we are interested in Electronic Monitoring being 'Electronic Tags'' (https://www.gov.uk/electronic-tags) primarily location tags and in particular GPS Location Tags rather than radio frequency tags.

I understand that in this context contracts have been awarded to Airbus Defence and Space Limited (EM Lot 2) and Capita (EM Lots 1, 2 & 4) (https://ted.europa.eu/udl?uri=TED:NOTICE...) and G4S Technologies Limited (EM Lot 3).

I hope that this assists with the completion of the FOIA request.

Yours sincerely,

Millie

Dear Ministry of Justice,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Ministry of Justice's handling of my FOI request 'Electronic Monitoring Services'.

You have failed to respond to my FOIA. By law, public authorities must respond “promptly” to requests. In any case, the law states that you must respond within 20 working days, with a couple of exceptions.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/e...

Yours faithfully,

Millie
