1. The money spent on the electronic documents and records management system since 2003 to present date. please break this down by capital and revenue spend detailing money spent on:
hardware;software;maintenance costs;consultancy fees;employee costs;etc;broken down by year
2. Has the system been fully implemented throughout the Council? How many users currently make full use of the system, broken down by department? Are there any external users?
3. Electronic records management policy, procedures and guidance issued to staff.
4. who made the decision to procure any of the systems past and/or current?
5. Ealing's IT Strategy.
6. Ealing's Information Security Strategy, all Information Security policies,related procedures and guidance issued to staff
7. Ealing's Information Governance (or equivelant)Group's agendas and minutes for the last 4 years.
8. Ealing's Information Sharing Group's agendas and minutes for the last 4 years
