Electrical Supply to Abercarn Welfare Pavillion

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Caerphilly County Borough Council should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Caerphilly County Borough Council,

Please provide details about how CCBC are splitting the costs of the electicity and gas supply at Abercarn Welfare Pavillion between the council and Abercarn Cricket Club.

It is my understanding that the council has taken back control of the changing and toilet facilities at the pavillion, whilst Abercarn Cicket Club continue to lease the hall and kitchen. If there is only one electicity and one gas meter serving the pavillion, how does the council split the associated costs of the changing facilities and the hall / kitchen?

Yours faithfully,

Craig Roch
