Thank you for your Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 request
received by me on 25/10/17.

 

This response is being provided under the Freedom of Information
(Scotland) Act 2002 , please find attached  the answers to your questions
below.

 

Description: 1) How many public electric vehicle (EV) charging points do
you currently have in your council area?  : 6

 

2) How many do you plan to have by 2020? We have been awarded funding for
financial year 2017/2018 to install 3 new fast chargers in the East
Ayrshire area. We are unable to answer this for years 2020 as it is
dependent on funding.

 

3) How many do you plan to have by 2032? We are unable to answer this for
years 2032 as it is dependent on funding.

 

I trust this information has been of assistance to you and I have attached
a leaflet to confirm your rights.
