two years in relation to electoral fraud, corruption and malpractice.

Your request refers to a previous information request received by the
Commission in April 2016 which asked: “Please can you inform me how many
complaints you have received in the last two years in relation to
electoral fraud, corruption and malpractice.”
We hold information that is relevant to your request.

The Electoral Commission does not hold information about the dates of any
prosecutions or convictions. We do include other details of any
prosecutions and convictions we are aware of in our reports on allegations
of election fraud which are published annually. Information we hold on
prosecutions and convictions can also be found in the excel spreadsheets
we have also released.

We are not aware of any prosecutions or convictions that involve
Countryside Alliance or Vote OK.
