Complaints

response. An internal review will be conducted by the Monitoring Officer
and we will aim to respond within 20 working days. However, if we are
unable to complete the review by this date, we will advise you
accordingly.

Many thanks for this information.
Please could I double check the figures - as it looks like in 2021-2022 there were 111 newly registered EHE pupils, but 105 EHE pupils in total (including any prior to that academic year)?

Good afternoon,

For question one we were able to count the number of newly registered during the whole academic year. For question 2 then consideration has to be given for those who return to school during the academic year and also the date of collection of the total number given. 105 was the total number of active EHE students as of 18 January of that academic year.
