Dear Walsall Metropolitan Borough Council,
Would you please provide documents relating to Elective Home Educated children, specifically policy, practice and procedural documents for those;
* children with SEN that also have an EHCP and
* children with SEN without an EHCP
Would you provide all policy, practice, and procedural documents relating to the safeguarding of electively home educated children.
Would you also provide current copies of the following documents:
* Walsall Local Authority Elective Home Education Policy
* Pre-EHE enquiry to school email template
* School to service form - Information Gathering Form for the
* Elective Home Education (EHE) Service
* Pre Elective Home Education (EHE) Information Form and
* Copies of all letters used by the Elective Home Education team and all other teams, templates or otherwise, when contacting parents to enquire about their child’s education or offer meetings regarding EHE and/or EHCP requests and reviews.
* Referral pathways policies
* Data processing policies and notices for EHE and SEND
