The names, political parties and expenses claimed of all London Borough of Croydon elected councillors on 1st December 2008.
The expenses claimed should cover the period 1st August 2007 - 1August 2008.

Dear Croydon Council,
This request is currently overdue a response. By law, the response had to be no later than 9 January 2009. Under the Freedom of Information Act you should have replied by now, and are therefore breaking the law. I am now actively pursuing my legal options in this regard.

Please find attached the expenses claimed by Croydon Councillors for the
period 2007-2008.
The political party which each Councillor belongs to is available on the
council's website at

expected to provide information which is reasonably accessible to you.
