Mr Brawley,

Please can you clarify the time period your request relates to.

Please can you clarify the names or roles of the staff you wish to receive
correspondence from in respect of your last point.

Can I take this opportunity to remind you that FOI must be answerable
within 18 hours of staff time. If the Council’s assessment is that your
will exceed this then your request will be refused until it can be reduced
in scope.

In addition the Council exempts all information relating to published
references to the Eleanor Cross. The first exemption within the FOI Act is
at Section 21 which exempts all information already published. The Council
will therefore not be providing copies of any information already in the
public domain. I am advised that there are no internal only publications
relating to the Cross.

I have placed your request on hold until such a time as your provide
clarification to the points above. Please quote the reference number in
the subject line when corresponding.

Mr Bawley,

Unfortunately the Council’s response to your recent FOI relating to Queen
Eleanor Cross is taking far longer to access than the Council would have
liked. I can confirm that the file cover 155 unique emails and various
attached documents is collated and being prepared.

To allow the Council the time to complete its redaction and exemption
assessment process I am writing to advise you of a fixed 10 day extension
to the FOI timeline.

The Council’s revised target date for response is therefore 27^th June
2017.
