Eirias Park bonfire and fireworks display risk assessment

I would like to see the full risk assessment for the bonfire and fireworks display taking place on Friday 5th November at Eirias Park in Old Colwyn.
To include all consultation regarding the local wildlife, including all mentions of the swans.
Please include a timeline and agencies involved, such as the RSPCA and similar organisations.
