Dear HM Treasury,

I am requesting information under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004. I
would like to request the following information:

For the meeting held on 23/6/2022 between Rt Hon Rishi Sunak MP and Oil and Gas Roundtable [Offshore Energies UK, North Sea Transition Authority, BP, NEO, Harbour Energy, Shell, Neptune Energy, Equinor, Total Energies E&P UK, TAQA, CNOOC, Hurricane Energy, Spirit Energy, Repsol Sinopec Resources UK Ltd, Independent Oil and Gas, Ithaca Energy, Baker Hughes, Technip FMC, Aker Offshore Wind, Petrofac], for the purpose to discuss the upstream UK oil and gas sector, please could you supply:

- A full list of attendees, including the full names and titles of each attendee, as well
as who each attendee represents
- Minutes taken during the meeting, and any briefing notes and papers
- The exact time, duration and location of the meeting
- A copy of the agenda for the meeting
- Materials that were handed out and received during the meeting, including presentation slides, brochures, reports and leaflets
- Any correspondence associated with the attendees, including debriefs of the meeting via email or other forms of communication
