Dear Mr J Evans

I am writing in regards to the Freedom of Information request we received
on 6^th November 2017.

We are treating this as a request made under the Environmental Information
Regulations 2004 (EIR), as opposed to a Freedom of Information Act, as
this refers to matters that are to do with, or have an effect on, the
environment.

Under regulation 7(1) of the EIR a request can be extended from 20 to 40
working days if the complexity or volume of the information makes it
impractical to either disclose or decide to withhold the request within
the 20 days.

If you have any queries or concerns then please contact us quoting the
reference number in the Subject Heading.
