We act for the purchasers of the a property and the Environmental Search has returned a report indicating that the property is in need of further assessment in terms of contaminated land. Could you please therefore confirm whether you are aware of the ‘Garage’ adjacent to the site since circa 1950 and are not considering any further action against the study site or any surrounding sites under Part 2A of the Environmental Protection Act 1990?

If however you are considering further action could you please indicate the level of priority assigned to the site (i.e. medium/low etc) and any approximate timescale for such action?
