Dear Applicant,

We’re writing regarding your information request which was logged under the
above reference number.

Having referred your request to the relevant council service area(s), we require
further information in order to identify and locate the information you have
requested. Therefore, we would like to seek clarification from you as specified
below:

4/ How many ehcps , between the period of 01/01/2023 to 01/03/2024 , had still
not been finalised 2 months from the dates, they should of been issued ?

Could the requestor clarify their question here, it is subject to
multiple interpretations? Perhaps a rewording would help with our interpretation
of what is being requested.

In accordance with Section 1 (3) of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act 2000,
where a public authority asks for further information or clarification to enable
the authority to respond to a request, the 20 working day timeframe in which we
aim to respond shall not commence until a satisfactory reply is received. If a
reasonable reply is not received within 2 months of this notice, we will close
your request.

When you reply to our emails they are sent to our Case Management System,
Verint.

Verint has some limitations relating to attachments and formatting so can we
please ask that you consider the following when you respond.

• Our inbox cannot accept emails as attachments to an email. Please instead
re-send/forward these to us with the current FOI/EIR reference number in the
subject field if this differs to your previous email.

Question 4: "How many ehcps , between the period of 01/01/2023 to 01/03/2024 ,

?"

In its current form, this question cannot be answered. We recommend a rephasing
of the question. We can provide analysis on a snapshot of cases 'in progress
towards an EHCP' as at a specific date. We cannot provide analysis across a
range of dates. This methodology is in line with statutory SEN2 data
collections.
