EFT
Dear Foreign and Commonwealth Office,
for academic research purposes, I would like to make a freedom of information request regarding the British company Energy Financing Team (EFT) Group, whose dealings in Western Balkans countries - and esp. Bosnia and Herzegovina - were discussed by British authorities in the 2000s.
Please could you provide me with any documentation, including correspondence, matching any of the following search words:
- "Energy Financing Team"
- "EFT"
- "Vuk Hamovic" (alternative surname spelling: "Hamović")
- "Elektroprivreda RS" / "Elektroprivreda Republike Srbije"
- "GML International"
I would like this information for as far back as your records permit.

Note that it is likely that the search with 'Serbia' will retrieve less documents than the one with Bosnia and Herzegovina - I'd thus be very grateful indeed if you could get back to me with any documents retrieved within the foreseen 20 working days period.
