EFFECTIVE Public Participation.
Dear Wirral Metropolitan Borough Council,
What steps is Wirral Metropolitan Borough Council taking to ensure the provision of early and effective public participation, when all options are open, in relation to major planning applications?
Yours faithfully,
Alan Rundle
Good Morning
Thank you for your request for information.
The [1]Planning pages on the Council website detail how we engage with the
public regarding planning applications. For example, weekly lists are
published of applications received, while all correspondence sent to
relevant consulted parties (neighbours, etc) are available on individual
planning files. Additionally, a qualifying petition can be submitted to
enable a member of the public to raise any concerns with the Planning
Committee.
Kind regards,
Sent on behalf of
