Dear Home Office,

Please provide all information held by the Home Office confirming that a non-EU Spouse of a British National who has exercised EU Treaty Rights as a worker of self employed in another EU Country (so called Surinder Singh case)does not need to provide evidence with his/her EEA4 application that his/her spouse has exercised treaty rights in the UK for 5 years due to the impact of the Eind case.
