You have submitted a request to Halton Council for information under the
Freedom of Information Act.

Please accept my apologies for the delay in response. The focus of the
Local Authority has been on managing the effects of COVID-19 in the
community and the organisation. That has meant that the completion of some
routine work has been delayed.

Please find responses below, against your request / questions.

Please provide the organisational structure charts (including names, job
tile and contact details) for the Education and Childrens directorates
covering the following job titles:
Director, assistant director, Head of Service, Service Manager.

Halton Borough Council are not disclosing the information in relation to
the above question as we consider the information you have requested to be
those employees’ personal details / data, under the Data Protection Act
and under Section 40 (2) of the Freedom of Information Act.

The Council does routinely publish the names and contact details of those
senior members of staff that hold a greater level of accountability on our

You have requested an internal review of the handling of your FOIA request due to non-receipt of a response.

I have reviewed the matter today. I can confirm that the Council responded to your request on 30th September - confirmed in the attached print from the What Do They Know site. The response is showing in the chain of correspondence.

I note that your request for a review was submitted on 29th September, the day before. It appears that these 2 items have crossed.
