Dear Ms van Wyk,

I write further to your request for information received on 14 January
2020.

Officers dealing with your request have asked for clarification on your
request for the Education directorate.

Derbyshire County Council now has a Children’s Service which is headed by
an Executive Director and is made up of several parts including ‘Schools
and Learning’. Are you only asking for the Schools and Learning area of
the Children’s Services Department?

In accordance with s. 1 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, the
request cannot be processed until clarification has been received. The
deadline will be calculated on receipt of clarification
