Hi Lily

Further to your recent request for an Internal review of FOI ref
20171012-00231-1. Before I conduct a formal review I wanted to advise that
the issue may be the framing of the question. Having spoken to the
original responder they advised that the link "has a specific question on
placement information".

If you are after more information than is presented there I would advise
asking for this in more detail.

Failure to provide further clarification will mean that we will be unable
to fully respond to your request.

If we do not receive further clarification from you within 10 working days
then we will provide you with the information that we are able to within a
further 20 working days and will consider the request closed.
