Dear Ms Carver

Freedom of Information Act 2000 – Information Request - 001428/16

With regard to your Freedom of Information request received on 19 August
2016, please find our response attached and below.

In accordance with Section 17 of the Freedom of Information Act, the
Council is required to inform you that some of the information on the
attached document has not been provided and has been withheld due to the
following exemption under the Act.

Section 40 - Personal Information

It is considered that this exemption under Section 40(2) of the Act
applies, namely that some of the information is personal information and
all personal details are protected under the Data Protection Act 1998
legislation. The Council cannot disclose personal information where to do
so would breach any of the data protection principles.

In this case, we consider that to release the names of more junior staff
members cannot be justified and consent would not be given therefore
disclosure would breach the rights of these individuals under the Act.
However, as stated in the guidance from the Information Commissioner more
senior staff should have a reduced expectation of privacy and therefore
the names of City Managers (Formerly Heads of Service) and above have been
provided on the attached structure.

Please can you provide me with an up to date org chart and names for
education.  This is to include SEN, School Improvement, School Place
Planning, Director, Heads of and Managers

Although information supplied in response to your request may be in a PDF
format please feel free to contact us should you wish the information to
be supplied in an alternative more readable/reusable format.
