Please could you provide under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, the following information covering financial years 2018-19, 2019-20 and 2020-21:

1. How many Special schools within your Local Authority (LA)?
2. How many of the Special schools are LA maintained, academies or Free schools?
3. The TOTAL number of places commissioned to the Special schools by the LA?
4. The banding rates of the Special schools or LA Matrix including type of setting/provision (using Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) definition):
a. Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
b. Hearing Impairment (HI)
c. Moderate Learning Difficulty (MLD)
d. Multi Sensory Impairment (MSI)
e. Physical disability (PD)
f. Profound & Multiple Learning Difficulty (P&MLD)
g. Social Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH)
h. Speech Language & communication needs (SLCN)
i. Severe Learning Difficulty (SLD)
j. Specific Learning Difficulty (SpLD)
k. Visual Impairment (VI)
l. Other difficulty/disability
5. The TOTAL number of Additional Resourced Provision (ARPs) or SEN units attached to mainstream schools.
6. The TOTAL number of places commissioned by the LA to the ARPs/SEN units including specialism.
