We refer to your email dated 10 June 2024 which contained a request for
information as set out in italics below.  Following consideration of your
request, in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I respond
to each point as follows:

What is the total contract value, as originally contracted, and term in
years for your current Capita One education software system contract?

5+2 years from 31 March 2022.  Total contract value (including optional 2
years) is £647,300.

When does this current contract expire and are there any extensions
planned?

Please see response above. 

When will you be approaching the market to evaluate options to replace
this system?

There are currently no plans to approach the market to replace the system,
therefore the Council does hold the requested information.
