Dear Raine ,

Freedom of Information request

Thank you for your request for information under the Freedom of

28/01/2020 12:29 . Please find the information requested as follows:

much money:
- developers developing sites in the parish of Bramshott and Liphook
were required to contribute to health and wellbeing for local residents,
and whether any specific institutions, organisations or other entities
or purposes were designated in such requirements;

The only planning permission required to pay towards “Primary Health
care in Liphook” is 34310/016 land at Lowsley Farm. The S.106 agreement
dated 30 November 2012 includes the sum of £25,156.00 (indexed) as the
Primary Care Trust Contribution, payable at four agreed trigger points.

- how much of the amounts due under s106 agreements or CIL contributions
EHDC or any other authority named in the s 106 agreement or CIL
contribution has received to date;

To date, the first two trigger payments have been received, totalling to
£14,757.13.

- how much of the amounts EHDC or another authority has received have
been distributed to the specific purposes designated for health and
wellbeing and related purposes. Please identify the organisations,
purpose and amounts distributed;

As the NHS Primary Care Trusts no longer exist, the Council is obliged
to transfer the payments to NHS England, who will decide the spend
priorities, most likely the GP surgeries.

designated by name, how much of the amounts due for education from
developers contributions in the parish has been distributed, whether
allocated for those purposes originally or not, to each of:
