Unfortunately I cannot identify the information you have requested from
the details you have provided.
 
Please therefore can you provide further details as to the context in
which we may hold the information.
 
I am writing to ask you to clarify your request. This is because we are
not certain that we have understood your request correctly.

Therefore I should be grateful if you would explain what you mean by "can
a social worker be a author". Furthermore, please could you expand and
specify on what you mean when referring to school records.
