Dear Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy,

I would like to know how many smart meters has EDF installed each month since guidance has been issued to energy providers to provide smart meters for households.

I would also like to know how many requests for smart meter installations have been made in the same period, including repeat requests , and how much money has been paid out in compensation for missed appointments.
