Dear Carling, Richard [NOMS],

I am still awaiting a response to my information request.

It is my understanding that the report should be accessible and readily available. It is being used as the basis for planning applications for a number of prison building projects and should be made publicly available.

It is frustrating and disappointing that this is one of a number of simple, yet outstanding information requests which, by law, I should have received a response to.
Yours sincerely,

Rebecca Roberts

Carling, Richard [NOMS],

Dear Ministry of Justice,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Ministry of Justice's handling of my FOI request 'Economic Impact of a New Prison Report'.

By law, I should have received a response some time ago. I am still awaiting a reply. The document I have requested should be made available as it is in the public interest for some scrutiny to take place about the calculations made on the 'economic impact' of prison building adopted by the Ministry of Justice in their planning applications.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/e...

Yours faithfully,

Rebecca Roberts

Dear Carling, Richard [NOMS],

I am still waiting for a response. The publication should be held within the Ministry of Justice - as it has been provided to consultants writing planning applications on your behalf. Could you please provide a copy of the report?

Yours sincerely,

Rebecca Roberts

Dear Thomas Currie,

As you are aware, the response to my request is long overdue and that by law, I should have received a response. After making a complaint to the information Commissioner, a decision notice has been issued and the Commissioner has asked you to take the following steps to ensure compliance with legisation:

"The MoJ must provide the complainant with a response to this request in accordance with its obligations under the FOIA".

I look forward to receiving a response.

Yours sincerely,
