Dear Surrey County Council,
I don’t know why you find it so difficult to produce these monthly update reports. They are obviously distributed shortly after each monthly meeting so should be readily available.
By law you should have responded promptly and by 10th May.
Why do Surrey county council prefer to break the law than provide the information requested?
I shall prepare a report to the ICO ready to send if no immediate action is forthcoming
Yours sincerely,

Richard Smith-Ainsley
