Eco-Friendly Initiatives for Christmas 2021
Dear Dundee City Council,
I would like to know about any eco-friendly steps Dundee City Council will be taking this Christmas (2021):
- Will you be using eco-friendly Christmas lights?
- Will you be starting any recycling initiatives over the festive period to discard of wrapping paper in a sustainable way?
- Will you be enforcing biodegradable/eco-friendly paper plates and utensils in Christmas markets if you should host one?
- If you are hosting a Christmas market this year, are there any other ways you will be enforcing sustainable and eco-friendly practices?
- Will you be placing sustainably grown/sourced Christmas Trees in the town or city centre?
