1 - Please can you confirm if you hold email or WhatsApp correspondence between Matt Hancock and/or Rishi Sunak and/or Simon Case discussing the 'eat out to help out' programme introduced by the HMT during the pandemic in 2020?
2 - If the answer to question 1 is yes, please provide a copy of all relevant emails and whatsapp messages.

I am writing to request an internal review of HM Treasury's handling of my FOI request 'Eat out to help out'.
Please can you ensure that you have checked relevant WhatsApp messages from Mr Sunak?
Discussions between the group have reported in national newspapers, so i am surprised to hear that the HMT do not hold any relevant info?
