Easyjet EZY2455 15.10 London Luton to Dalaman Delay 7 hours 15 minuites 27 May 2018
Dear National Air Traffic Services,
The flight above was cancelled after a 7 hour and 15 minute delay, and as a passenger on this flight I have sought compensation. Having receiving information that this was due to a technical fuel issue. The airline are now rejecting my claim and are now stating weather as the cause of delay.
Is it possible for me to obtain the log between pilot and air traffic control to confirm this please.

In response to your query received on 11 July 2018, I am afraid we are not
able to provide a log as you have described. Our controllers would not
have been in discussion with the pilot in any case until they had a
departure slot and were ready for push back - which would have been just
before departure. All we can do is refer you back to the airline if you
wish to challenge their response to you - they are best placed to give you
the full details of what caused the delay to the aircraft.
