East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust

We're waiting for chidsal to read recent responses and update the status.

Dear Health and Safety Executive,

I believe there is a public interest in understanding the extent to which the activities of the HSE may be determined or influenced by vexatious misrepresentation and how the HSE avoids acting on same.

Therefore can you please provide the following information:

1. Copies of all correspondence to include any emails or letters exchanged (to/from or both) between any trade union (e.g. Unite, GMB, Unison) and the HSE that makes any reference to or representation about the East of England Ambulance Service for the following periods:

30 September 2016 to 31 December 2016
9 June 2017 to 12 August 2017

2. Copies of all correspondence to include any emails or letters exchanged (to/from or both) between any Member of Parliament and the HSE that makes any reference to or representation about any trade union (e.g. Unite, GMB, Unison) associated with the East of England Ambulance Service for the following periods:

30 September 2016 to 31 December 2016
9 June 2017 to 12 August 2017

3. Any guidance document used by HSE staff to determine if such representations are vexatious.

I am aware that due to data protection requirements, you will need to delete the names of any staff members of any agency.

Where the volume of the work required is expected to exceed 18 hours, I will be please to receive the answer to questions 2 and 3 which I expect to be much smaller in volume.

Yours faithfully,

Salman Chidney
