Early Engagement consultation for Kingston Council's Local Plan
Dear Kingston upon Thames Borough Council,
Please can you send me the following information:
1a. The number of responses received to the Early Engagement consultation for the new Local Plan (the "consultation") received via the council's online survey showing how many were received in each 7 day period from the first to the last day of the consultation period
1b. Each figure in 1a. above to be broken down in to responses received by
i. Kingston residents,
ii. people working for businesses located within Kingston Borough, with company name of each business respondee
iii. statutory consultees
iv. responses from individuals not resident in the Borough
v. people working for businesses from outside the Borough, with company name of each Business respondee,
vi. other entitities, bodies, or individuals or any other type of respondee with description of type of respondee
2. The number of responses to the consultation received in any other way than through the online survey, including by email or in writing or in any other form and separated out in to such categories, and broken down in the same way as in 1b above but including additionally:
vii. responses gathered at events held by the council throughout the Borough at which the Local Plan or consultation was discussed
3. Please can you send me the responses to the consultation received from all statutory consultees
4. a.Please can you send me information in whatsoever form it was received, whether by email, via the online survey, by letter, or in any other written form, that the council gathered since the launch of the consultation until today's date, in which a person objected to the consultation process in some way; b. Please can you confirm the total number of comments you received to the consultation - either as general emails or letters or via social media, or in the form of responses to the consultation itself that included an objection to the consultation process

I acknowledge your request for information received on 09/09/2019 relating
to Early Engagement consultation for Kingston Council's Local Plan.
Your request is being considered and, if it is held, you will receive the
information requested within the statutory timescale of 20 working days as
defined by the Freedom of Information Act 2000, subject to the information
not being exempt or containing a reference to a third party.
If appropriate, the information may be provided in paper copy, normal font
size. If you require alternative formats, e.g. language, audio, large
print, etc. then please let us know.
For your information, the Act defines a number of exemptions which may
prevent release of the information you have requested. There will be an
assessment and if any of the exemption categories apply then the
information will not be released. You will be informed if this is the
case, including your rights of appeal.
If the information you request contains reference to a third party then
they may be consulted prior to a decision being taken on whether or not to
release the information to you. You will be informed if this is the case.
A fee may be payable for this information. This will be considered and
you will be informed if a fee is payable. In this event the fee must be
paid before the information is processed and released. The 20 working day
time limit is suspended until receipt of the payment.
Please be advised that in line with the Royal Borough of Kingston's
commitment to transparency, in due course an anonymous copy of your
request and our response may be published on our website.
