I refer to your request for information received on 27/04/2021.  Please
see the information below in response to your request: -

I am interested in the reasons why the ANPR for the school street at
Earlsfield Primary School is not operational?

The ANPR at Earlsfield Primary School is operational.

Please can have copies of all internal correspondence on this matter and
all correspondence with the company or companies delivering the service?

Please note that Wandsworth Council is unable to provide this information
as we consider the cost to do so would exceed the FOI appropriate limit,
as specified in the Freedom of Information and Data Protection
(Appropriate Limit and Fees) Regulations 2004; therefore Section 12(1) of
the Act applies.  The appropriate limit has been set at £450 and may
include working hours of any person acting on our behalf at a rate of £25
per hour.  This equates to 18 hours to locate and extract the relevant
information.  To comply with your request would take in excess of 18 hours
as there have been lots of officers involved and extensive dialogue.  We
estimate that in order to gather all of the information requested, it
would involve at least 7 officers and take around 30 hours of time.  This
significantly exceeds the appropriate limit under the Act.  In accordance
with the Freedom of Information Act 2000, this email acts as a Refusal
Notice.
