Isn't Ealing Broadway station operated by First Great Western and not TfL?
If FGW then they are not subject to FOI requests.

It is operated by FGW but there is a major LU presence at the station (staff and train services) plus all the nearby bus stops which I am requesting information about.

Thank you for your e-mail received by Transport for London (TfL) on 11
April 2013 asking for information about complaints made about Ealing
Broadway Station and the bus stops in the surrounding area.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of
the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can
confirm we hold some of the information you require. You asked for:

A list (as a PDF) of all complaints made about Ealing Broadway station and
the bus stops surrounding the station for the period since the start of
2012

Please find attached a list of complaints received from 1 January 2012 to
11 April 2013 which have been logged with ‘Ealing Broadway’ as the
station.

We are unable to report on the specific number of complaints about bus
stops in the surrounding area as we do not categorise the information in
this way. However, we have run a report based on the number of complaints
containing the words ‘Ealing bus’ and then extracted those relating to bus
stops or stopping arrangements. There were two such complaints, one of
them a petition requesting a fully integrated public transport interchange
(February 2012) and another regarding the performance of bus route 226
(December 2012).

If this is not the information you are looking for, or if you are unable
to access it for some reason, please feel free to contact me.

Please see the attached information sheet for details of your right to
appeal.

Yours sincerely

Dear FOI,

Thank you for providing me with this list, however I believe I did not make it clear that I would also like a copy of each of these complaints, along with responses as opposed to just a list of the type of complaint over the period.

Yours sincerely,

T Kell
