By complaining about CAFCASS' lies will only get their backs up and your life will become a lot harder when it comes to your child(ren). CAFCASS' complaints department is totally inadequate and does not address complaints in an acceptable manner.
Please, for your sanity, accept the fact that CAFCASS are known liars and can deviate from the truth. Mike Lisser and Philip Durban in the complaints office are a complete waste of space.
The only positive thing you can do, is take it on the chin and accept it for what it is.
CAFCASS, can and will, destroy your relationship with your child(ren). I have first hand experience of this and I have no criminal record, do not drink or take drugs.
If you start firing off complaints, you stand a very good chance of getting shafted by a psychologist. Its the way the system works I am afraid.
Please also accept that these CAFCASS employee's are paid a good salary and many have their hands in other children activities, of which is simply a financial gain for them.
PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE AND LEAVE IT AS IT IS. You can of course address the writer of the document pointing out their errors and you MUST provide evidence of the truth.
On a leaving note, CAFCASS has acheived an outstanding rating from OFTSED, of which CAFCASS are totally milking to their advantage. This rating is ONLY FOR LEADERSHIP, not case management. F**k leadership, its case management that should be getting the outstanding rating. Yet this is something CAFCASS are completely ignoring.
Also complaining to your MP about CAFCASS is yet again, another waste of time. MP's know all too well about CAFCASS' and their failings, but do bugger all to address it.
YOU MUST BY ALL ACCOUNTS, RECORD EVERY SINGLE CONVERSATION YOU HAVE WITH CAFCASS AND MAKING CAFCASS AWARE THAT YOU ARE RECORDING. CAFCASS MAY OBJECT BUT IT IS IN THEIR POLICY THAT THEY HAVE NOTHING TO HIDE AND DO NOT OBJECT TO RECORDINGS. But once again, it'll get their backs up.
In simple terms, CAFCASS' sh*t does not stink and they can do as they please without any reprisals. They're a nasty virus that emotionally abuse children.
