E-bike and scooter battery fires

We're waiting for Robert Booth to read recent responses and update the status.

Dear fire service,

Under the FOI Act 2000:

Please could you tell me for each of 2020, 2021, 2022 and to date in 2023:

- How many fires suspected of being caused by faulty e-bike or scooter batteries have there been which have been responded to by your fire service
- How many of these caused injuries?
- How many of these cause death?

Many thanks,

Rob Booth
