Carmarthenshire Council did not have the information requested.

Dear Carmarthenshire Council,

The Council previously disclosed (14 January 2014) responses from the Safeguarding operations of the Civil Aviation Authority, National Air Traffic Service and Ministry Of Defence with respect to Planning Application E/28634 [ERECTION OF 1NO. 20KW WIND TURBINE WITH A TIP HEIGHT OF 27.1M (RESUBMISSION OF E/27329 WITHDRAWN ON 14/01/13)]. This disclosure was made under compulsion of the Freedom Of Information Act and provided immediately before the Planning Hearing. The Planning Officer having previously insisted (in his written report to the Planning Committee/County Councillors/members of the public) that the proposed structure was below any thresholds for notification - contrary to common sense and national guidelines.

Responses were provided from the CAA on 5 Dec 2013, MOD on 13 Dec 2013 and NATS on 19 Dec 2013.

Please provide all recorded information that Carmarthenshire County Council holds with respect to this development and Defence Infrastructure Organisation Safeguarding, Defence Geographic Centre (or other sections of the Ministry of Defence), Civil Aviation Authority and NATS (En Route) Public Limited Company ("NERL") produced after 19 December 2013.

Per the instructions of the Sqdn Ldr Lightowler (received by the Council on 5 December 2013), please provide all recorded information from the consultations between the Council and local aerodromes, including local emergency service Air Support Units (e.g. Police Helicopter formerly at Pembrey and Air Ambulance). Please ensure that all acknowledgements/confirmations are included.

Yours faithfully,
