I can confirm that North East Lincolnshire Council holds information in

The information you have requested has been considered under section 43 of
the Freedom of Information Act which states that:

 

Information is exempt information if its disclosure under this Act would,
or would be likely to, prejudice the commercial interests of any person
(including the public authority holding it).

 

Whilst North East Lincolnshire Council acknowledge the importance of
transparency and accountability, the overriding justification to protect
the public purse on behalf of our taxpayers, it is determined that the
balance of public interest is to withhold this information.
