I would be most grateful if you would provide me, under the Freedom of Information Act, details in respect to the contract below.

Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) For Construction Contractors and Subcontractors:

The details we require are:
• Has a decision been made yet on whether the DPS is being either extended or renewed?
• Is the DPS being repeated again and open to new parties this year?
• What are the contractual performance KPI's for this contract?
• Suppliers who applied for inclusion on each framework/contract and were successful & not successful at the PQQ & ITT stages
• Actual spend on this DPS (and any sub lots), from the start of the contract to the current date
• Start date & duration of DPS?
• Could you please provide a copy of the service/product specification given to all bidders for when this DPS was last advertised?
• Is there an extension clause in the DPS and, if so, the duration of the extension?
• Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for this contract?

The details we require are:
• Has a decision been made yet on whether the DPS is being either extended
or renewed? The DPS Will be extended for permissible 12 months.
• Is the DPS being repeated again and open to new parties this year? As a
DPS it is currently open to new parties, and will remain open throughout
the extension.
• What are the contractual performance KPI's for this contract? There is
no fixed KPIs in the core DPS, with them set for each call off contract
depending on the nature of that contract.
• Suppliers who applied for inclusion on each framework/contract and were
successful & not successful at the PQQ & ITT stages. This information is
exempt from disclosure under section 43 of the act, as this information is
commercially sensitive. However, attached is a list of all suppliers
currently listed on the DPS.
• Actual spend on this DPS (and any sub lots), from the start of the
contract to the current date Awarded total of £19.5 Million
• Start date & duration of DPS? 8 July 2019, 4 Years +12 months.
• Could you please provide a copy of the service/product specification
given to all bidders for when this DPS was last advertised? See Attached.
• Is there an extension clause in the DPS and, if so, the duration of the
extension? Yes, 12 Months.
• Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for this
contract? This contract is open to all services within the Council, with
no single Senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for the
contract. Responsibility for this contract sits within the Construction
Category team of Corporate Commissioning and Procurement.
