DWP T scores and percentile scores

We're waiting for Valeriu Nastase to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear Department for Work and Pensions

Please could you provide an Excell copy of all of the T scores and percentile scores for all applicants who completed the situational judgement test for the recent DWP Work Coaches recruitment, in all regions and showing region of the vacancy, showing sublevel ethnic group breakdown for each test taker (such as Asian/Asian British). Please could you also provide an Excell copy of the T score or percentile score that was used as the minimum pass mark to progress applicants to the next stage of recruitment, and show this by region if there was a difference.

Yours sincerely,

Valeriu Nastase

Dear Valeriu Nastase,

I am writing in response to your request for information, received 21st
September.

Yours sincerely,

DWP Central FoI Team

Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

FOI2020/54384.Thank you for your response to me on 19 October 2020. As I read FOIA and your claim of exemption 40(2), “personal data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable living individual. My request does not ask for personal information, as I'm asking only for scores and diversity data, and no personal identifiers like name details - therefore my request is for completely anonymised data. My request is legitimate because the public has a right to know if DWP is applying discriminatory processes such as using psychometric tests.

Therefore I would be very grateful if you would go ahead and provide the requested information. As for the exercises carried out in September and October which are "ongoing", please go ahead and provide the data with whatever score was used for your cut off decision making.

Yours faithfully,

Valeriu Nastase
